1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. PAYMENT AND BILLING
2.1. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees and charges for services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to them at the time of purchase.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
3.1. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel their project by providing written notice to us. Cancellation requests received:
Within 48 hours of the project start date will receive a full refund.
After 48 hours but before 50% of the project completion will receive a 50% refund.
After 50% of the project completion will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2. Cancellation by Screw Loose
We reserve the right to cancel any project at any time. If we cancel a project for reasons other than the Client’s breach of these Terms, the Client will receive a full refund for any work not yet completed.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the materials we create for you (including but not limited to videos, edits, and scripts) will remain with Screw Loose until full payment has been received.
4.2. License
Upon full payment, we grant the Client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final delivered materials for the purposes agreed upon in the project brief.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
We understand the importance of confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the course of the project confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
6.1. By Client
The Client may terminate the service at any time by providing written notice. Termination will be effective upon our receipt of such notice.
6.2. By Screw Loose
We may terminate or suspend service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if the Client breaches any of the Terms.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the service after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
